A bit of advice please re fitness

I currently go to the gym Mondays and Fridays and do about an hour of weights. I also go swimming for about an hour on a Wednesday.

I want to start Pilates, the class is Wednesday mornings, do I swap swimming to Tuesday or do I do Pilates on weds morning and swim weds afternoon ?
i work Thursday Saturday and Sunday.
My aim is to build muscle/be healthier/lose weight. Thanks.

Yeah, I would do weights Monday, swim Tuesday, Pilates Wednesday and weights Friday. That sounds fine.
