Halcyan water conditioner

Hello. Has anyone used a Halcyan water conditioner? The reviews are mixed and they're expensive. Would love to know your experiences if you have one.

Hi. I didn’t get one in the end. It’s a small company and I was concerned that if it goes under (who knows in the current economic climate), the 30 year guarantee will be meaningless.
