How often did you change the bedding after worms?

Internet seems to suggest daily for 14 days after ovex treatment- that can’t be right, can it? I’m exhausted (on day 6 of daily bedding changes)

I have no advice but hopefully someone will come on soon.
I change my bedding every 3 days its normal for me.

Only once after you've taken the dose!

More important to them shower or wash bum every morning, wash hands regularly, and wear pants in bed. Change pants every morning too. I also used a separate small bidet towel for daily drying of bum, that got changed after every use.

Take a second dose after two weeks. Job done.

I didn't.
The DC wear pyjamas in bed so just washed those and then they wore pants under their PJs for a week or so which were put in the wash each morning.
I did focus on personal hygiene and a morning and bedtime shower for a few days

Ah thank goodness, I hoped you’d say that. He always wears underwear and PJs to bed. Sounds like I can hopefully slow it down a little bit- thank you!

We kept changing until we didn't see any worms left in the stool. It is exhausting!

Thanks - I’ve actually not seen worms, we treated just from the nighttime itch. Sounds like I can slow it down a bit now then.

OP how long did you change sheets for... was it OK when you stopped? We haven't seen worms but the itch for my son was unreal. We all took the dose yesterday and changed all the beds. I've then changed my sons again today. I'm hoping I don't need to change every bed every day.

We all wear pjs to bed with pants. My son wears nappy pants and put a onesie on him so he cant scratch.

Planning to hide his soft toys in the loft for a few weeks and my livingroom cushions.

I (the OP- name changed) changed them daily for a week, then every 3 days for the next week. I suspect I was over the top with it though.
