Caring for a disabled sibling

Is there anyone here who cares for their disabled sibling and doesn't resent it?

I know the MN isn't real life, but all I see on here are posts about not being screwed over by parents, getting social services to support them (good luck!), not putting yourself out for anyone else etc.

It is really dispiriting!

Yes I have a sister with disabilities who I regularly care for and I don't resent any of it. She's my sister, I love her so we carry on good days bad I know she would have done the same if it had been the other way around

My dd regularly helps with her disabled brother she genuinely loves it (we would never ask her to if she didn’t) but I guess babysitting is very different to full time care.
