Wow! I have had some odd Amazon packages - way over the top like yours and then a rather fragile package with just a label slapped on the item with any additional packing at all! My cats would have loved the smaller box you have there with the folding lid - all those lovely styrofoam bits to play with!

I think the only time we’ve had an Amazon delivery with just a label stuck on it was when DH had ordered me what was meant to be a surprise Xmas present (a Bonsai kit).

I just looked at their website and those ice pops look delicious (missing the point I know!)

Because I am “that person” I emailed them, and had a reply saying it was necessary because the ice poles are so fragile-they’ve tried less but they burst…I’ve just pointed out that I had 6 crystal glasses delivered last week in fewer boxes than that!

I bet it was the end of someone’s shift and they couldn’t be arsed to go and collect more small boxes!
