Sunflower lanyard
Hi I've been diagnosed as having ADHD and autistic traits.
I've always had hideous bouts of anxiety and it's struck me mostly in super markets, and travelling on public transport.
I'm currently in a good place however I consider getting a lanyard as people may help me if I'm struggling when I'm overwhelmed or is it not really recognised.
Obviously I would help someone with it as I know what it represents.
Do you wear one,? Does it help much?

I have 1. Late diagnosis of Autism and adhd. I have it atta5ched to my keys in my bag but I often leave it in sight on public transport so if they're checking tickets they know I'm just going to flap/feel under pressure

Oh that is a good idea.
I think if I wore it around my neck I would feel self conscious and panic more .🤣.
It would be useful for not coming across as abrupt or rude.

The great thing is you can decide when to wear/show it and when not to.
