What are the chances of me getting a refund or a voucher. I bought a bag from there back in March and the zip is on its way out already. The teeth have broken in three places, so the zip is hard to undo and do up and will eventually get stuck. its a grey bag with three compartments with the zip in the middle and thin handles. Was £22

It’s within 6 months so they have to repair (unlikely) or refund. Faults that appear with 6 months are assumed to be present at the time of purchase. So you should get a refund.
