Dresses for pre-teens

DD (11) is tall for her age but hasn’t started developing hugely yet. She’s in age 13 - 14 / adult size 8 clothes but we are really struggling to find dresses that fit her top half. Some are gaping, others have low and uncomfortably exposing gaps under the arms, and others are too low cut. If anyone else is in the same position, where have you found nice dresses that aren’t inappropriately revealing for an 11 year old? I appreciate that in the next year or two, the problem will solve itself, but until then we’re a bit stuck. Thank you.

We got DD (11) a few of these.

Straps are adjustable, and they’re a good length on her - but around 5 foot.

Thanks so much, both. We actually found the H and M one at the shops this afternoon and it was a bit big in the bust, so I’ve ordered the smaller size online and if it fits, I might have to buy it in a variety of colours - it’s definitely our best bet at the moment!
