Hi all,

Can you please share your symptoms of the above, especially if you are not confined to the house?

thanks

Shaking and catastrophic thinking when I reached the end of my “safe zone”. It was a mental prison.

I’ve spent the last couple of years pushing through the safe zone and have been able to go much further afield, with practice.

Did you have any treatment or meds?

What brought it on do you think?

Did you feel a bit disoriented/disconnected too and like you’d lost coordination a bit as well as shaky?

Yeah I take medication. A major panic attack out of nowhere set it off and I was never the same again

It’s horrible, I sympathise.

I have no idea if mine is panic related or something like vertigo, I don’t feel short of breath or anything, just really dizzy, disoriented, shaky and weird in crowded places suddenly for no reason.
