Period knickers - which brand, and any tips?

Ok I’m sick of buying pads. If you’re a convert to period pants please tell me which brand to buy and which to avoid.
Been looking at Modi Bodi on th advice of a friend but unsure if they run small, big or true to size. Also how many pairs do you get for, say, a 5day period?
What else should I know?

Take a spare pair. Yes.

I think you need to trial them to see how long they will last for you etc. but would definitely have a spare with you and a little waterproof bag for the dirty one

Also realised I have criticised modi for being like nappies when it’s actually wuka I meant!

I'm eyeing up the Wuka super ultimate or whatever it's called, holds up to 60ml
