After years, my Nike Pegasus (both pairs) have started to rub the inside of my ankle joint very badly, irritating a tendon and making it swell.
I need good heel cushioning and I like plenty of room for my toes to be able to spread for balance.
I've been looking at hoka as they seem popular but would like to know if they feel good and stable with the generous cushioning towards the front of the foot?
Any other shoes anyone would recommend?
I tend to over pronate which I have read can be due to weak glutes but I weight train regularly and have a good leg regime so I don't think there is much more I can do for that.
