I'm hoping this rings a bell to anyone as I'm really worried something's very wrong with me at this point.

This week I've had constant indigestion/heartburn. The top of my abdomen really hurts. Whenever I eat something my stomach makes awful noises. If I press on my lower stomach, all of it is painful, making gurgly/bubbly sounds.

I also have painful breasts, usually normal before my period but I'm only mid cycle. I also get the burning you get before letdown when breastfeeding. They both hurt equally.

I also have backpack, mostly when lying down. The pain at the top of my back (right in the middle) Is totally new.

I usually never suffer with any of these issues and they don't seem like they can be easily attributed to just a virus. Any ideas?

Was IBD for me. Just mild enough to hide. Also, do a Covid test. Might pay to go to A and E as the back pain and indigestion feeling can signal a heart attack in women.

Thank you. As it's been a week and stayed constant, can I rule heart attack do we think?

IBD is possible, I have had gut issues before, but never stomach pain so high up and it seems to have come on suddenly.

Which made me think it must be a bug but it's not showing signs of going away and seems a weird collection of symptoms.

Although I guess Covid could do that

You can have symptoms of a heart attack for days or weeks before it happens. Not saying it is at all, but maybe a good idea to make sure?
