On my NHS App all I can do is order repeat prescriptions.

What can you see on your account?
How do people see their test results or health records?
Do you need to ask your GP surgery for full access?

Try it again during 'office hours'.

I found all I could do was book a smear test outside of 9 to 5 Monday to Friday.

Order repeat prescriptions
See messages
See test results
See immunisations
See ongoing medical issues
See referral letters

It depends on whether you have ‘coded’ access or not. Some can just order tests but coded access gives you visibility of your records. Your surgery can give you a form.

Order prescriptions, view hospital appointments(future and past), GP record gives prescribed medicines, test results, consultation, review and action notes, copies of letters from hospital and external providers, messages sent by surgery.

Yes you have to ask the GP surgery to provide full access to test results / letters / consultation notes etc

Thanks all. I will ask them Monday for access.
