- on the day phone call from a nurse at any time of the same day
What is the use of this to working people who are well enough to work but need medical care? Why waste time ringing me when I am at work. Why no option to say I’m unavailable? I don’t understand the system. I don’t use it very often
Why does the system work for those not working.
And by and large the NP are basically following a script to avoid helping. Care navigators making clinical decisions and being blunts and abrupt. Patients that make the most fuss and stamp the loudest get the most help.
I’ve had a terrible week and feel dreadful. I just want some medical care. I did get it but ended up sobbing for 20 minutes after being told off by the GP (who was actually lovely) and then a follow call from the business manager to discuss my experience.
