That’s it really.
Realistically - not as a “money no object” thought

I would:

enjoy tea in bed
cycle for a couple of hours with a friend or swim at a Spa Hotel
iced coffee in a village coffee shop and a natter/gossip with friend
sunbathe/read in the garden
arrive at a nice Hotel early evening
eat in Hotel restaurant with family and stay overnight

Wake up after a lie in, pastries in bed.
spend time throwing pots in my perfect home pottery studio
lunch and a walk with dh
dinner by a river followed by a walk along a river bank where we see kingfishers and hares and all sorts of wildlife
home to watch a favourite show and then sleep that comes easily and lasts all night.

That sounds wonderful …I love river walks, too! Chatting to people on their barge boats

Wake up to a yoga class that is happening on my lawn (in my imagination). Go for a swim in a perfect temperature outdoor wild swimming spot. Breakfast outdoors with lots of fresh coffee. Then go for a hike with a group of friends for most of the day with a picnic or pub lunch. Home for tea then go out to see a theatre show or gig by a favourite band. Come back for wine and chat around a log fire or fire pit. Sleep in next morning.

I love the wildlife choices - hares and kingfishers. May need to add these to my hike.

I would spend all day watching sport. My ideal line-up would be: A test match and the Tour de France that I could flick to throughout the day, a major horse race in the afternoon, a great boxing card in the evening.
