Lost £40 on vinted

Posted Royal Mail provided tracking info - delivered but buyer claimed not received vinted have refunded them!!! Anything I can do? Never again.

Yeah never use Royal Mail, it’s the downfall of Vinted. Turn that postage option off.

Have you got proof of you sending it? If so, you nay able to claim of Royal Mail?

In the context of not being shafted on Vinted, yes. Why do you think there was such a furore when they temporarily made it not possible to turn off the Royal Mail option? They had to backtrack because so many people put their accounts on holiday mode to avoid people buying and using that option.

Oh I didn’t realise - it’s easier for me as don’t have to drive to post office. If I dare to sell again I will turn off !
