I’ve posted in S and B but thought I’d try here as well. Has anyone else had an email saying their account is being closed? After they changed their returns policy I have barely ordered. Last one was in Feb. Kept a few bits, returned a few - which I paid the fee for. The email said they’ve reviewed my ‘latest returns’ and are closing my account immediately as I’ve apparently breached the fair use policy. I don’t understand how returning things with a fee months ago could count as me doing anything wrong, so I’m hoping it’s an email error! I went in the chat to ask but I’m almost 800 in the queue so abandoned that and thought I’d see here if anyone has had it too.
