I once read that anything over a 50p piece size was a large clot.

Some of my peri periods, 50p was not large...

I had adenomyosis. That sort of clot was usual for me. I had ones the size of a fist - 4-5 in an hour was usual.

That’s definitely not normal but I don’t think smaller ones are totally usual if they are continuous. The odd clot is just a gush and can happen.
