What are these spots?

DD has been coming out in spots on and off for a week. It started mainly on her upper arms but now also around her nappy area, neck, back.

I have OCD around infestations so am really struggling not knowing what it is.

I have particular anxiety about bed bugs. I'd dismissed this as previously her rash seemed like some irritated follicles with lots of little ones around the big ones. Also she has a lot around her nappy area which is covered at night but none on her feet/hands/lower legs. But the three on her back (pictured) are freaking me out.

I'm also worried about molloscum as her brother has it and I have noticed it is oozing currently (on its way out after a year) and they share a bath. The first picture in particular looks like it. But would it start so randomly widespread?

Most spots tend to appear and disappear within a day or two and don't itch her at all.

Any ideas? Thank you!

As a fellow worrier of infestations I get you.
These don't look like bites to me, they look like chicken pox or molloscum blistery type spots.

I have checked her bed thoroughly and couldn't find anything but still worried 😕

Urgh she keeps getting more. Still mainly on upper arms and upper legs, bottom has the bigger angrier spots, and she now has quite a few on her chest, but only tiny pinprick ones, more like a viral rash.

I've kind of discounted bed bugs as its mostly on areas covered by clothes. For a few days I was convinced it was just heat rash (i could swear she was visibly getting more on Saturday when playing in the heat in the garden). But it's not hot today yet new ones keep popping up.

I'm now quite worried about scabies which would be worst of all. But it doesn't itch and the spots move around (disappear quickly, reappear somewhere else) so hopefully not?

Any ideas welcome...Sigh...
