Cold water therapy unless you've been very kind to them and added hot water :)

Ours went up at weekend too @Ready4summer2025 before we have a hosepipe ban due to a bit of warm weather, ours doesn’t look as big as yours as we don’t have any steps! @mylittleyumyum ours has what I can only describe as bubble wrap on the surface and it uses the sun to heat the pool through it, it’s currently 31 degrees and it hasn’t been particularly warm today!

Its 16ft long by 10ft wide . But 4ft deep. My garden is to small for anything bigger sadly.

Exactly 🤣. I don't have a cover for mine. We just get in cold. Ds mentioned about solar pad things. Not sure if I can be arsed though

We had something similar when kids were small. They loved it albeit only used a few weeks a year but worth every penny

Looks amazing! How do you empty it??

WhatICallMyUsername · 18/06/2025 14:56

@Ready4summer2025 I wouldn’t stay in it long if it’s too cold 🤣, it’s for my benefit more than the kids 🤣

How long have you had this pool, and how much did you pay for it OP?

Trying to work out if it makes sense to get a large pool for DC but worried it will be abandoned in the shed after the heatwave an/or break after a weeks use.

I think it cost 750 around 3 years ago . We have it up from roughly now till September. Although we didn't put it up last year.

Did you get help with the chemical set up, I can imagine it's quite complicated I'd be worried doing it myself?

Yes I got help with it. There's also a test strip you use that tells you if you have to much chemicals or not. Some people have more problems than others . Mine has always been straight forward.
