Knee replacement surgery

My wonderful mum is having knee replacement surgery soon and I’d love to make up a gift basket/hamper of things to keep her occupied and some pampering type things and also some bits that might be useful to her in the 2 weeks after surgery.

If anyone has any ideas or anything they’ve found useful after surgery, I’d really appreciate the help!

Hand cream, nail oil and cotton gloves.

A pack of watercolour pens/pencils plus brushes and paper/card for watercoloring,

A good thermos so she can transport her tea/coffee.

A basket or stack of books - could be charity shop or library. No need for them to be new,

The natural version of bio oil for her to rub into her surgical scar once the wound has healed,
