I'm terrible at stuff like this!

what colour walls would you have with this furniture? my walls are currently white and I think with white furniture too it would be too white lol..

Also, what colour carpet to go with the furniture and wall colour? i did want wooden flooring but not allowed in my flat so has to be a carpet.

thanks

Green? I tend to pick a colour form little greene or farrow and ball, they work hard and getting just the right colour, pretty reliable. A pale pink would also look nice.

I lovely (not too dark) sage green on the walls, and a stone coloured carpet

Go for a neutral beige heathered carpet.

Biscuit coloured carpet.

I like what @Brunocatmon had done. I would go for a pastel blue or green or possibly a navy blue.

A sage green makes natural wood look high end.

Think about your bedding too, sometimes it's easier to choose that first.

I agree sage green is lovely.
I have similar furniture and just decorated my room with green as the accent color. I'm finding it very restful.

What direction does the room face, and what are the light levels like? I find that affects things as much as the furniture. But I was actually going to suggest the same as @fruitbrewhaha - a pale green goes really well with wood, and I also think a pale pink colour would look good, maybe something like Farrow and Ball’s Scallop?
