Have RM lost my parcel based on this tracking?

Last update was last night, me asking for it to be delivered to post office rather than me waiting in again all day.

The post office closes i. 15 mins.

I just realised that there has been no update today at all. Shouldnt it have said out for delivery again today?

Have RM lost my parcel based on this tracking?

It was posted Friday. Waited in all day Saturday. Apparently they tried to deliver but no card or knock!

Waited all day for it to go to post office and now its closing!

Its a mounjaro injection! It needs to stay cold.

Looks like you requested redelivery yesterday. Usually the earliest they can offer that is two days after, so Tuesday but it should say when they’ll redeliver in your confirmation email

I know it says not a guarantee but its 24 hour signed for!

Its so late now and probably not usable.

You made a redelivery request at almost midnight and expected them to have it at the post office for you next day?!

This happened to me. It should have been delivered on a Monday. It wasn’t. I had a message.

Like you I thought ‘oh I’ll get it sent to the post office, then I will know I will get it tomorrow’.
Tuesday. No message. I went to the post office, not there. They couldn’t help me because I hadn’t had a message. Couldn’t go to the sorting office because it opens 10-12.

Wednesday. Went to the sorting office. It’s not there. Lady very lovely but she said as I had asked for it to be delivered to the post office that’s where it will be going and that it’s normal that it’s not re delivered the day after, but the day after that. I left my phone number with her.

Went to the post office. It’s not there. About 45 minutes later she rang me. The postie had been back to the sorting office and she rang me and asked me if I wanted her to get it off him so I said yes and I got it from her.

So, I should have got it on Monday and I got it on Wednesday lunchtime. When I opened it the ice packs were still frozen and itbwas completely fine. It was really hot weather as well.

I've had something similar happen this week only it was posted Friday (also mounjaro) and just says "item received area MC" which is our local hub at 2am Saturday...

Well it's now Monday so I've contacted the prescriber and the pharmacy but I feel I'm going round in circles.

I'm not happy if it's no longer cold tbh which it clearly wotn be even if it arrives. Mine looks lost... But what's the point of tracking if it doesn't get sorted?

I'm going to ask for dpd next time... I wish I had the money to just go to a local pharmacy rather than rely on post!

It said the days to select!

Its a refrigerated item! Why would I select Tuesday?

On Saturday it sait we will attempt to deliver next working day, which is monday! Sonit would have been delivered today anyway!

I thought i would have a better chance of it going to the post office as i thought they would prioritise thatas they probably have a lot to drop off there/collect

That’s what I thought. It will be delivered tomorrow to the post office I think and if it’s anything like mine, it will still be cold.

I contacted provider (Shemed) and pharmacyb(Signature) again and now have a response from the pharmacy with a new one being sent out!

Shemed initially agreed they'd sort it when I said it would be cold but it's dragged and I keep getting "well look into this" emails although they said they'd sort it - but as I was contacting the pharmay direct they've sorted it now yay! Will arrive tomorrow.

I've never had a problem with delivery before but I think I will order not on Friday next time and ask for dpd not Royal Mail!!

Just picked it up and pack is completely melted and not even cold. Pen is room temp

Im seriously just thinking about asking for a refund so i got go to my local pharmacy

Sometimes they lie and say delivery attempted when they didn’t attempt anything. Probably still at the depot.

I had this with Parcelforce last week - said they had tried to deliver and had left a note. Complete lies, I was in all day, and there was no ring on the door and definitely no note.

I spent all the next morning trying to track it down (local sorting office, not very local Parcelforce depot, local Post Office) and finally got it through sheer persistence and luck.

So, I’m emailed the Chief Exec (there’s a website, ‘email a Chief Exec’) of the company who sent the parcel. Said I loved their products but wasn’t happy buying them any more, given that Parcelforce not only don’t deliver, but lie about it.

Got a call back the next morning from someone in the Chief Exec’s office, offering some freebies and saying they will take it up directly with Parcelforce. Which is all I wanted, Parcelforce won’t listen to me. They might listen to another big company.

This is the UK answers - same answer though, ok to use

I've never seen this tool before, but good to know the information to use comes from Eli Lilly and not the provider trying to pull a fast one.

Oh that's interesting I maybe needn't have sent mine back. I was under the impression the 30 days started from posting if it was warm so only good if you're going to use immediately? I'd love to know for sure in case it happens again!
