Irritated child not sleeping 1.5 years old. I’m finding it hard to keep her busy at home she’ll cry and finds it hard to express herself she does say some words but my concern is how she seems over stimulated and can not do one thing for too long not sure if I’m over thinking. She is a colic baby does that affect her behavior now ?
