Need Sharepoint help!

I’ve gone on my work’s Sharepoint this morning to look for a file. On the homepage, I saw my boss sent an email this morning. I could open it and read it on my Macbook via Sharepoint.

However, when I open Outlook on my Macbook and phone, the email is not there. It also doesn’t show if I search for it.

Can anyone help with this? It was an important email and I only saw it by chance- I rarely go on Sharepoint.

On your outlook do you have folders at the top of your email lists called ‘Focussed’ and ‘Other’?

Yes. The ‘other’ folder is empty.

The missing email was to a group, not just to me if that makes any difference.

I’ve just added the group to favourites and can see the email in that folder. As well as a few other emails I have missed :/

Any ideas how to get these emails showing in my main inbox?
