Today I'm giving up drinking. Completely. I just want to be healthier. I want to feel less anxious and to feel better. Recently have got into fitness and want to keep working at that. I never used to drink and it's become a habit at the weekend now, and it's time to change that mentality.
Not sure what I'm aiming for with this thread. It's nice to have it written down. If anyone else is planning the same, it'd be great to chat.
