City or country accommodation?
They don’t look like flea or bedbug bites.
If you are away from your local area and the weather has been good, they could just be midges. Some people are just more prone to getting bitten. I am. The whole family could be sat out and none of them get bitten but I would get bitten to death!
Get some antihistamine cream from the pharmacy to stop the itching.

My midge bites go like this. Take an antihistamine and put some antihistamine cream on the bite sites. I recommend smidge to keep the beasties away in future.

Put a teaspoon in boiled water, take out and let it cool a tiny bit. Then let him very carefully gently touch the bite with the back of the hot spoon. Let him do it himself do he can take it off if too hot.

It's a true miracle cure for itching.
