returning a CD I purchased on EBay

Hi, this is the first time I've had to return something to an EBay seller. I purchased a CD and it jumps all the way through. My EBay account says send your item by 27 June. You can use the QR code to drop item off at Royal Mail or you can print or email the postage label. I don't have a printer and what do they mean when they say email the postage label?

The instructions appear to be written in English but I seriously haven't got a clue what they're talking about.

How do I use a QR code? And when they say drop it off at Royal Mail do they mean take it to the Post Office?

When you use the option with QR code, once the postage is paid you will receive QR code in your email. you pack your item and take it to the drop of point or post office if you are using royal mail. Show them QR code in your phone and they will print the label for you and stick it and podt it. thats it.

The post office will do the labelling, using the QR code
Wrap the CD and take it to the counter, show them the QR code on your phone, they do all the rest
