I received an item which was not as described (much smaller than advertised) so I raised an issue with Vinted. The seller messaged me and disagreed with my issue, but said she would refund me if I paid for the postage. I did so and returned it, but she failed to collect it and it is now on its way back to me. So I have paid for the item plus 2 lots of postage, but no refund.
It doesn't seem possible to raise this with Vinted - does anyone know how I can report this and hopefully get a refund at least for the item cost? The seller was a bit 'off' with me when I raised the issue, and looking back at our messages she agreed the return and refund outside the Vinted process. I suspect that this was her plan all along. 😩
