Is there something I am doing wrong delivery saver with tesco

I signed up with Tesco delivery saver. In December my card was scammed and I had to cancel it and get a new one. I changed the Tesco delivery saver card to my credit card. This was supposed to be only a temporary measure.

Since then I wasn't able to add my new debit card.

I considered cancelling the delivery saver but then would I lose the month that I already paid for? Then if I cancel and sign up for another one with my debit card will I have to pay the delivery saver charge again?

I know noone here can really answer me this.

I just don't know how to handle this any more. I don't want my credit cared on the delivery saver but I can't really change it to my debit card.

Should I maybe login on desktop/laptop and try from there instead of mobile/tablet/app?

Have you tried ringing customer service? Any time I've done that they've answered quickly and been really helpful.

No, but that's a task I will add onto my list of things to do.

I know, calling a contact centre always fills me with dread but I've been pleasantly surprised by Tesco.

The only other thing I can suggest is uninstalling and reinstalling the app because it seems like it should be easy to add and take off cards in the payment wallet.

Tesco customer service is definitely one of the better ones around. They’ll get it sorted. I had a few problems with renewing mine last year and they did it all.

Try doing it on your laptop, on the actual website, not the app. I had to change my debit card on mine and ended up doing it in the website

I don't know for sure with Tesco, but if I cancelled my delivery saver with Sainsbury's I would have it for the rest of the month, then it wouldn't renew on the renewal date. And if I wanted it to start again I could start again on the date of my choosing, using whatever card I like. I would be surprised if Tesco's were any different.

Thank you for the replies. I will try it on laptop first
