Dry skin on ankles?

How do I get rid of dry skin in my ankles, like on the bony bit? I use a thick body cream (Cerave, I have dry skin and prone to eczema) but it doesn’t seem enough.

Flexitol? Works for heels. You need 10% urea basically.

I have this. I’ll try flexitol, but a Footner peel-thing seems to cure it temporarily (but it always comes back, however much I moisturise!)

Have you tried a chemical exfoliant? Paulas Choice do an AHA body lotion which works well.
