Vinted mix up, should I help?

I bought a cheap item of used clothing on Vinted, but the seller sent me the wrong item by mistake - a cosmetic product.

I said to the seller it's absolutely fine, I don't care about the t-shirt, best just refund both parties.

She responded asking me if she could send me the label and I would send on the cosmetic item.

Obviously this isn't my error to fix. I'm a nice person so I don't really mind but when I replied with my email address vinted told me it's not allowed to share personal details.

Should I just politely tell her I can't/ won't be sending the item on?

I think the right thing to do would be to send it on. She can send you the label via vinted messages - you can send photos there.

Ok thanks, would I then screenshot and print the label?

A lot of the time it's just a QR code or barcode. Take it to the parcel shop and the person there can scan it and print their own label.
