Fast growing privacy tree

Hello, can anyone suggest any trees that fits the bill below. We will buy something semi mature from a specialist grower;

Grows over 10ft but doesn't grow monsterous
Fast or faster growing.... definitely not slow growing
Compact habit or something that grows up rather than bushing out lots
Ideally evergreen
Ideally Seasonal interest
Okay to be within 5 metres of a house

We have a hawthorn which has been quite fast growing. Dh gives it a haircut every year to keep it under control. It seems quite hardy and gets deep pink blossom on every spring.
