Question about Instagram

Does anyone know if I can change my settings so the videos that appear at the top of my screen don’t disappear?

I'm not sure what you mean, I don't have videos at the top of mine? Do you mean the stories from other people, where you click on it to get to the post?

Maybe that is what they are, stories. I saw one earlier today and then it disappeared. It is not on that person’s profile.

They’re supposed to disappear. They’re only available for a limited time and then they expire. You can’t go back and find old ones.

They’re called Stories. They’re available for 24 hours then they disappear. It’s designed to get you back on the app at least once a day to watch them before they disappear.

Ok, I thought it might be something like that.
