Last year one of my neighbours threatened to smash my car up and hit my husband if we parked in ‘his’ space.

A non-existent space as it’s public parking and a free for all. I have said nothing, done nothing and actually quite enjoyed watching him do some impressive parking moves to get into his space, waiting for other people to move before leaping out of his house and moving his decrepit car 6 inches forward.

Well, yesterday his car broke down in the middle of the road. He was asking if anyone had any jump leads, and looking quite flustered. Reader, I have jump leads, but stayed quiet, and enjoyed the show.

Petty? Probably. Satisfying? Definitely!

What a knob…him not you!
id park my, working, car in “his” space every single day and refuse to move it at every given opportunity, but then I don’t give in to threats and would just phone the police if he threatened me or my property.

Lovely, lovely I hope it brought great joy to see the knobber in distress 👍😂

Ha! Perfectly written post!

I don’t even know this man but I’m feeling unexpectedly pleased about receiving this news! 😅

Could anyone get into "his" space while he was stuck in the middle of the road?

Some people are just so territorial, bullies the lot of em.

the irony being that there’s always somewhere to park, even on the busiest of days. We have a free car park opposite the house! He circles the block boy racer style to wait for a space which is entertaining in it’s own right. I have also enjoyed watching his car quietly give up the ghost over the past year. No vandalism from me at all, but he lavishes attention on it despite it having bits missing, broken or otherwise falling apart. Yesterday was perhaps the grand finale 😂
