No

DeSoleil · 09/06/2025 20:10

On second thoughts it might be.

taq1 · 09/06/2025 20:16

Oh no 😩 thanks

Never had them before and scared

I have been here for over a week and first time I’ve spotted one (sleeping on floor whilst waiting for bed delivery)

Typical that I can’t find where it’s gone now…
when I googled they usually look bit rounder at end and lighter/redder (maybe clutching at straws lol)

It looks like a very small beetle - not a bed bug (which look more like lice 🤢). Check the seams of your mattress…

morbidd · 09/06/2025 20:20

No it looks like a small beetle to me.

Sunshineandrainbow · 09/06/2025 20:20

Maybe a carpet beetle

taq1 · 09/06/2025 20:22

I don’t have a proper mattress yet just a inflatable one which has no bugs on

No. And you almost never see them out except in serious infestations. More like a beetle.

Bedbugs, you roll down the rolly side of the mattress. If you see red/brown dots that’s bedbug poo.

MrsTerryPratchett · 09/06/2025 20:24

Can it fly? If it can, not a BB.

Burntt · 09/06/2025 20:30

I think if you put a tea towel on the infestation and iron it the heat draws them out. Not sure how you would do that with curtains but I e seen some scary videos of that on mattresses

Sonolanona · 09/06/2025 20:45

No.
Looks nothing like one.
