Mistake on self assessment tax return

I thought I was being so organised and submitted my tax return today. Then when clearing up filing I found a bank account I had forgotten about as it was new last year. Interest in year 8 pounds gross. Is it easy to update my tax return to correct it or will it open a can of worms?

No you can change it, it won't matter at all. Plenty of people do it like that.

Just login and amend it

You can change it it's fine people amend them all the time.
