Your views on this dress please

Could I please have your views on this dress- as in the overall look, does it look stylish and effortless etc. The context - I’m working hard on managing my anxiety but at times feels like a very lovely battle. Thought I’ll treat myself to a dress 😊- I’m a size 6

I’ll order the dress and if it fits ok- will see if I can take the lace and the hassle off. If I need to pay for alterations then possibly not worth it..

Gorgeous and the colour is beautiful. I would 100% wear that.

I would cut the tassels off and replace the belt with a leather one. But I like the colour. Does the neckline look OK?

@Y2ker yes that’s the plan- I’m also looking to remove the lace detail around the neckline -

I really like it overall but I hate those tassels (on anything) that look like curtain tie backs. They’re just unnecessary faff.

You sound like me! I have to make adjustments on most things in order to get them how I want them 😆

I don’t think it’s particularly stylish. Too much going on with neck pattern, tassels, frills and waist belt.

For me depends on your height - as a short person I struggle with too much stuff going on around the top half and can end up feeling a bit like I am dressing up. Taller though - lovely dress!

It's very pretty, love the shape and colour. The one thing that would bother me are the tassles, not the look of them, but I feel they would annoy me and I would be likely to dip them in my food when eating.
