In a nut shell dd is having problems with her neighbour.
Mediation is going to be set up. I just had a quick Google and it says it would be dd, the neighbour and mediator. But a policeman will be there to dd is fine with that but is it allowed? could the neighbour say its not neutral or something like that. The neighbour has had warnings from police regarding dd. Also dd was going to ask her DV advocate to write a report to say how dd fleed dv and the impact it has when neighbour is banging crap out of dds door and aggressively shouting etc . Could it cone across as ganging up on the neighbour?
