Do you struggle to say sorry or acknowledge someone’s position if someone raises an issue with you?

I have absolutely no problem saying sorry if someone raises an issue with me. It's like pulling a plaster off, the awkwardness lasts a second.

I don't know what you mean about acknowledging someone's position-

I understand that people have different roles at work so I try and see where they are coming from. And I understand what constitutes disrespectful behaviour and hopefully avoid doing that.

Is this something that happened to you or something you've been told that you do?
