worried about ttc

I've been on BC since I was 11 after really awful periods as a kid. I've never come off the pill nor had any reason to. For context, I'm 20 and whilst I would really (like, REALLY) want a baby, I don't even have a partner right now so babies aren't in the cards anytime soon.

However, with how broody I've been recently, I can't stop worrying that my long-term BC use will impact my ttc process when the time does eventually come.

Has anyone else been on hormonal BC for a decade and had no trouble conceiving after?

Was on it for about 20 years before I conceived twice, both times easily.

Have you ever come off them to see whether still get bad pain?
