GP surgery using System Online?

Is anyone else's surgery using this new online system? It seems to be a general website rather than specific to the practice. I filled in a form about my issue but there's no indication whether my surgery received it, never mind if or when I will hear from them. I'm not keen on it. It seems to the latest in the line of tech designed for 'personal convenience' yet is wholly impersonal.

Until recently I just filled in an e consult which went to the surgery and I normally received a text within an hour with an appointment time.

Ours were using it for years but are doing more on the nhs app now. Systemonline isn't great and quite outdated but I guess it depends on what features the surgery buys into. Our surgery let you use it for ordering repeats and thats all. You used to be able to book routine appointments on it but they don't allow that anymore.

Thanks for your reply. Surgery have called to arrange an appointment so at least I know the form worked! I'm not sure what I can use it for as I don't have sign in details. I'm very disappointed that the e consult service has gone.
