Vinted and Yodel help

I have sold a larger item on Vinted and somehow it has sold via Yodel Door to Door, so Yodel will collect from my home. I’ve always had Evri only as a postage option but it turns out that Vinted can override your settings if they think the item is large.

The issue is that Yodel only gave the choice for collection from my home tomorrow with a 7am to 9pm window - so 14 hours. I simply won’t be home for a chunk of the day and I can’t change that. I cannot change this online with Yodel to a store stop-off as it doesn’t recognise the barcodes etc generated through Vinted.

Has anyone had this and what can I do? I’m going around in circles with Yodel- surely it shouldn’t be this hard to change?

I think I would cancel the sale for now and rearrange things with Vinted. That amount of time is just ridiculous.
