Gift ideas for 18 yr old son

Hi.

My son will turn 18 later this year and I’m looking for some gift ideas please. He’s into music and fashion, although his tastes are very particular and picking something on his behalf can be quite hard/risky. Budget is around £250.

TIA!

Is there a band he wants to see that you could get tickets to for him and a friend?

my DC lives quite frugally and has everything he needs so we looked at experiences for his 18th.

we bought him and a friend tickets to a gig, also train fare and a meal & drinks before.

for his 17th I took him to Berlin - he loves cities, music and history so it was right up his street!

What are his favorite artists/bands? Tickets to the gig would be the best option imo, but if there are no upcoming events you can get him something from their official store. Plenty of artists have various clothing items or you can get a signed cope of the CD or something like that. If this isn't an option, you can make/find something custom made, like a poster calendar with their pictures or a t-shirt/hoodie with the print (photo stores usually do that). Besides, there are websites like https://www.redbubble.com/ where you can get something related to his favorite music but made by other creators.

Thank you, some really helpful ideas here. Checking the official store for favourite artists is an excellent shout. None of them have gigs coming up but I’m sure I will find something this way that he will appreciate.
