Do hayfever tablets clear cattarh from eard? I do not have hayfever but sudafed caused me stomach cramps so I was told to discontinue using them and switch to hay fever ones

I do not suffer from allergies to dust or pollen but the only thing I do suffer from is if metal touches my skin I end up having a rash but that's not why I was given these I was given these for my ears
