Lost 31/01/08 in Queen Mary's Hospital, Sidcup, Kent.
The bear is about 8" high, royal blue velour, has a key ring clip on top of head and 'Claire' embroidered on chest in black.
This is of a range of personalized toys that you often find sold in card shops.
If anyone knows of anywhere selling these please let me know.
