Breast pump recommendations?

I tried to use the Elvie for DD but I barely got anything out of it. I had a breast enlargement 10 years ago and think that’s affected my ability to BF which I knew was a risk and am fine with it to be honest but want to give it another go this time around.

So just wondering on anyone who has a pump they really recommend?

I am looking at the Medela freestyle?

Did you check the flange size was correct? In my experience, the elvie flanges in the box are massive. I needed a much smaller one. Basically use the nipple guide to check which flange size is best, try it out with the insert, if you get better results, then go on the elvie website and buy a new flange which is the right size. Much cheaper than buying another pump which still doesn't work well.

The only one I got on with was a manual syringe type. I think it works better with big tits, they're about £10 on amazon and not very popular but I found them just a very simple and easy mechanism.
