asda rewards

is anyone else unable to access their asda rewards app as the verifying thing just keeps spinning as seen in photo. It's been like this for days. ive submitted feedback but no response. is it just me?. im wondering if its happened since my samsung phone has had the big latest Android update last week.
ive also unistalled and reinstalled the app with no luck. im getting frustrated with it now.

I can access mine.

I know they are making some changes to it though as they’re no longer accepting Blue Light Cards/membership.

Just checked mine. I’m getting the same sign in page, and when I sign in it says ‘sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later’
Never normally have to sign into the app.

no me neither its been always automatically logged in. what phone are you using?

Used mine in store yesterday with no problems. Just checked it now and had to sign in - it usually stays logged in. Logged in fine now though.

definitely some technical issue.

My Asda rewards is working fine, however I had problems with 2 other apps over the weekend. 1 I uninstalled and then reinstalled and its fine. 2 I uninstalled and now can't reinstall as it says it's for an older version of Android - but there's no newer version of the app! Also on a Samsung phone.

Also, my Mumsnet app has been playing up today. Couldn't click on links earlier but seems OK now.

@whatsthestoryhunkydory ive found this on reddit and its worked for me and im back on asda rewards. I set my default to crome though and not duck duck go. hope it works for you if you are still having issues.

We've been having problems for a few weeks. I'd done everything on the list to try to solve it, but it just hung on 'verify' when I tried to sign in. Solved the problem now - when you get to the signin screen, don't fill it in, go to the 3 little dots at the top right of the screen and choose to open it in the internet instead - then sign in on the next window - now the app works again!!
