Is this normal for a babies cold?

My 10 month old was really fussy one day and kept crying. The next day it made sense since she had a fever that lasted 2 days. I wasn't worried as I knew she had caught the virus from my husband who was also ill. I ended up catching it too through my daughter. Once her fever went away she has continued to be so fussy. She keeps crying, wants to keep sleeping, is still not eating normally. I understand that she may still be ill and uncomfortable but there aren't many visible symptoms. Maybe she might have a bit of a blocked nose but they seems like all. Would that make her cry a lot and want to sleep all the time. It's the 4th day after the fever ended. Do I need to get her checked or is this very normal when babies are recovering from a cold?

Is she drinking as normal and having wet nappies ?

My baby could take over a week to resume normal eating and play after illness. As long as nappies are wet and he’s drinking, I stopped worrying

I’d treat with Calpol at home for a bit longer as long as she’s drinking and eating at least some food. I’d up the milk — whether breast or bottle — while they were ill to compensate for missed meals.
