Birthday day out

Looking for ideas please. My mum is 60 in the summer and I wanted to take her on a day out to celebrate as a surprise, just the 2 of us. Thing is, I don’t know what to do to make it special. If someone was taking you out for a day for your birthday, what would you like to do?!

For my mum's 60th I took her for a day at the test match at Edgbaston with a fancy picnic. But that might not be something your mum would enjoy!

Starting with what sort of thing she likes to do would be best, then you can figure our how to make it extra special.
